Unfortunately I've experienced the same steering wheel motor issue that others seem to have, and the tilt wheel wouldn't move up or down on my steering wheel, but whenever I try and tilt, it just makes a grinding noise, stutters a little, and won't go up or down please help

Disassemble the lower dash trim and look for anything obviously broken or foreign objects obstructing the mechanism. Probably stripped gears though from the sound you described.

Record a video and post the YouTube link so WE can hear as well.

 

Yea bro it has to be a stripped gear ,now I'm not even hearing the stutter noice just the click when I'm actually trying to move it in general , I wonder how much will this cost to fix
