I have a 2005 g35x and i was wondering if replacing the battery in my key fob will reset or erase my key fob codes?

If your car key remote works after replacing the battery, then you're done. If it doesn't, then it's possible that your vehicle may have forgotten your fob, in which case you will need to reprogram it.

Changing out the battery shouldn't erase anything. I recently replaced it on my Ikey fob for my girlfriend's 05 and it works great.

Correct, I replace fob batteries once per year for every fob in every vehicle and never have I had to reprogram one.

The fob doesn't "learn the car" but instead the car "learns the fob" changing the battery does not change the signal being emitted from the fob.
