factory alarm problem

2013 Infinity G37 factory alarm randomly goes off. took it to dealer. Mechanics cleaned sensors, changed batteries in fobs and then again it randomly goes off. I left doors unlocked and it still went off for no appearant reason. No codes come up. Mechanic says if it happens again just unhook battery....really? HELP!

Try pulling the battery from the fob. You can use the mechanical key to lock and unlock the door and place the fob (without a battery) in the key slot to the left of the steering column to start the car. PITA but if that stops the random alarms then it points to the fob as sending the errant signals.

Do the fob buttons feel sticky at all? Did any sugary drinks get spilled on it?

Fobs can be completely disassembled and cleaned with contact cleaner, make sure to use silicon grease on the rubber dome button contacts when reassembling. It's a bit of a pain in the *** but much cheaper than buying a replacement fob if you have the intelligent key system.
