Alternative option?

Ok I'm finally tackling my knock sensor harness and I've got everything torn down but the last intake runner bolt isn't removing the way it should. Meaning it's still resisting while turning and I'm thinking that it's gonna snap. Sooooooo what's my options if it does snap? Can it still seal completely with the bolt broken? Will I have remove thy broken bolt? Hoping not lol

In a perfect world yes you would have to remove the bolt, however, if it DOES snap and you can't extract it properly you could probably use Permatex Ultra Grey RTV on both sides of the gasket when reinstalling and I bet it would seal.

Try shooting some PB blaster down the shaft of the bolt since it's probably raised up enough for the liquid to drip down it into the threads, afterwards try screwing it back in a little but if it doesn't feel right it's probably just eating those aluminum threads up.
