Did a search and didn't find what I was looking for. For cars that have prem., the upper lights are white while the lower light is yellow. First, am I mistaken? Secondly, why not make the bottom white also? Third, if it can be white, what should be done. When I see another G from behind, I can see the yellow and think it should just be all white.

 

Anyway, the 'upper' lights are the low beam, most likely HIDs. The 'lower' lights
you see are probably the foglights or high beams, neither are HIDs.
A member here changed his foglights to HIDs. At least on my 2005 sedan, the high
beams and foglights use dual filament halogen bulbs.
