2003 G35 sedan
Basic parts/services I'd consider for a G35 'tuneup':
-Oil + oil filter (I'd recommend getting a synthetic 5w-30 or 10w-30. VQ's are hard on oil and tend to burn some)
-air filter (inspect your intake couplers, as they tend to crack with age/miles)
-spark plugs (I oem NGK PLFR5A-11, some recommend going one step colder with mods. I have a set, going to try them out soon)
-PCV valve (inspect your pcv hoses, they can become brittle and crack)
-Check for leaks (power steering, coolant, ATF, engine oil,)
-Transmission fluid service (~4qts per service if you are a 5AT. many recommend you do a few drain/refills vs. getting a flush). OEM fluid is Nissan 'Matic-S' and 'Matic-J' (discontinued), one suitable replacement I'm using is Idemitsu 'Type-J'. Almost a year on the fluid and no problems.
-Diff fluid service
-Replace/flush coolant. Note: these cars are challenging to bleed air out of the cooling system.
Check over your suspension and driveline components/bushings for wear and tear. Lower control arm bushings are a known failure point on these cars, and lower ball joint boots tend to tear.
