Z1 vs motordyne plenum spacer
Motordyne is the gold standard for plenum spacers, however the Z1 is newer and is angled 5mm in the front to increase clearance between upper and lower plenums over cylinder 1,2 to correct a manufacturing deficiency. Motordyne corrects (and improves) the design with their MREV2 plenum which reduces the material from the top of runners 1,2 by 5mm as well and porting other spots on the plenum.
The MREV2 was mostly for the revup engine. For a regular DE I would just get the Z1 spacer but there is a very long reputable history of Dyno proven results for the Motordyne spacer on the regular DE.
