Exclamation Rear suspension help

What is this bushing called, and where can I find a replacement? Or replacement for the entire unit.

Your shock bushing looks toasted, but not sure what’s up with the CV joint. Why did you zoom into that?

Any ideas on where I can find a shock bushing for it? And can i pop the old bushing out and put the new one in with just a sledge, socket and extension? Or do I need a special bushing tool for the shock bushing removal.

lots of 350Z guys burn them out and then notch the bushing’s outer metal section (is that a race?) to remove. Then Put in a polyurethane bushing in its place. Maybe try aftermarket white line / energy?
