If I was to do it again, I'd search for a 19x8 (NOT 8.5) + 40/42 offset with 235/40/19 tires. In my opinion, this would have looked so hot.

Now, let's examine why I'm not 100% happy. Every shot looks great, until this last one. Car looks great from every angle until you hit this one here...The correct offset for the rear should be more like a + 45 (plenty of clearance). So, the ideal here, in my opinion, would be a 19x8 + 40-42 offset in the front, and 19x8.5 with a + 45 offset in the rear.

I agree, it doesn't look bad, I'm just not 100% satisfied, that's all. Lemme take one more pic from rear further back.

Thanks. Now that my springs are here, I believe I'll be a lot happier after I'm lower.

With that set-up a +38mm offset would be the smallest offset you would want to get. +40 or +42 would work as well (the wheels would be tucked in a bit more). I am running 19x8.5 / +38mm with 245/40/19 tires on all four corners and I think it's perfect. My sedan is lowered about 1.5" and I have no rubbing issues whatsoever. The tires are very close to the lip of the fender well, but they do not touch. That's why I think another 3mm would rub with 40 series tires.
