V1. Do you think someone might notice the mounting bracket stuck on the lower windshield and figure out that the radar detector is still in the car? I'm pretty stupid.

The nice thing about this car is that there are so many storage areas (I'm still finding them in places like behind the center bolster in the back seat) that thieves are likely to get discouraged even if they see things like the windshield mounting bracket. Good thing if you are smuggling drugs, too. J/K
I keep my sunglasses the nav. compartment.

Exactly. Actually I hold it between my chin and shoulder and punch in the digits with my tounge. When that doesn't work I toss it into the driver's footwell, stare intently between my knees instead of the road, and punch the digits with my toes. I average about 10 words per minute.

Touche'

LOL, I do the same thing only I keep my Norelco in the cup holder (I don't drink coffee). People are always looking at me funny when I start shaving at stop lights.

sounds like your tint isn't dark enough. How are you ever going to get away with picking your nose?

Oh yeah, I've got nose hair trimmers in there too. Not those stinking rotory ones but a nice electric trimmer type.

I keep my FasTrak transponder in there for all the Bay Area bridges. Oh, and some of those toothpicks wrapped in plastic you get at the restaraunt.
My county has a population of 1.2M, and 165,000 CC permits, about 14%. And that's just the registered people!
