Wind Noise

For about a month now my son has told me that it sounds like his window has been cracked or the door is now all the way closed. So I turned the radio down for a couple of days and sure enough its there over 50mph. It sounds like wind is entering the back window. So I take it to the dealership.
The say my back triangle window is loose as a matter of fact BOTH triangle windows are loose. The say they have never seen this before and my tinter probably did this when he removed the window. I told him I was there the whole time BS'n with the guy and he did not remove ANYTHING. He said INFINITI would probably not cover this since this is the first time this has happened to the dealerships knowledge. In a nice way I told him to get on the phone and tell them they are gonna fix my car or the Crap was gonna hit the fan. Long story made short we had to reschedule my appointment because they are gonna need the car most of the day to remove the windows. So we will see on the 3-30.
Anyone else have this problem or are their triangle windows loose at all?

Actually, I have the same problem on the passenger side back door "triangle".. just havent had the time to take it in.. I've checked my window and it doesnt seem loose.. but the weather stripping around the triangle window on the outside doesnt seem to fit snuggly between the frame and glass as the driver side does..

Keep us updated, Smokeator

Man, I'm glad somebody else is having this problem, I knew I couldn't be the only one. I definitely have the rear passenger window issue, and I haven't had my windows tinted ... it's been like this since the first day. Mine isn't too loud until I'm over 65, but then it seriously kicks in.

Wish you could have helped me with my POC 2003 I35. Consumer services really did not help me. IMO , they only like going through the motion to make it seem as if they are being helpful.

My new one has the same wind noise on the drivers rear door. I am going to take it in next month for the first oil change and get that and a rattling front passenger door speaker fixed. I'll let you know how Gunn in San Antonio handles this.
