My Borla TD exhaust has a crack down the pre muffler about 4-5 inches long.
I have been hearing a leek from the exhaust for about a week now. Has anybody had this problem with thier Borla.
The crack is on the bottom of the pre-muffler

 

i think that you should sell me the exhaust system and get another brand... that is if you are in so cal. j/k well you could always weld it but i would call up borla first to see what they can do for you.

 

I have the Borla TD as well and I haven't had any issues with it. Is it a crack or a gouge? Did you run something over that could have damaged the pre-muffler? If it is indeed a crack you should definitely call Borla.

 

no looks like it just split.

 

I can't tell from the picture and I don't want to crawl under my car...is there a seam where it split?
