Rear A/C Vents

Rear A/C Vents
Does the 2003.5 6MT Sedan have the rear A/C Vents? I have the premium package, winter package,aero, and I do not seem to have the rear A/C vents. Can anybody confirm if this is right.

On my 2003 Sedan, the vents ran thru the centre console. On yours if they're not there, maybe they're under the seats.

Nope. The 6MT does not have rear AC vents. I was told that the Premium Package included the rear vents but this is only true for the 5AT. With the 6MT, you also have the parking brake in the center console (which is good), this leaves no room for the vent ducting. I've had some dealers tell me that the rear venting was included with either trans. but this is false. I can understand your confusion.

hi, gsedanman do you think that it is posible to modify the vents that run thru the center console so that you can choose to use it to chill the inside of the center console (just to cool drinks) or to give ac to the rear like its ment to do

You know what I did find underneath the front passenger side seat....I air duct going to the back so I don't feel too bad for the people back there. If you slide the seat all the way up to the front you will be able to see it.

That's a floor vent, for the heater. Even cheap cars have those. [img]/w3timages/icons/smile.gif[/img]
