It depends on which Z wheel you're talking about and if you're sedan is lowered or not.
At stock ride height, the 17" Z wheels do fit, but the rear tires sticks out past the virtual fender-line plane by a few mm. That is nasty to me, but fine for some folks. The front is flush, so it looks fine. However, if you're sedan is lowered, the 17-inchers are perfect fit! That is in fact what I use for the track.
The 18" Z wheels (and Coupe wheels) have slightly less offset and makes for more 'stick out' than the 17" models at stock ride height. Again, not a pretty sight for my taste, but others think it looks aggressive. I didn't even think it would look good for a lowered Sedan, but I did witness someone at a local meet that was able to pull it off pretty good. His ride was lowered substantially and running a little more negative camber.
My best suggestion is to ask someone to let you put one on and see if you like how it looks.
