What is the question? You need to be specific.

I am pretty sure it does. The Borla is a complete catback system so it should fit. I know it fits the '03 and '04.

But because the '05 is slightly different, I would call Borla in the morning and ask for someone in tech support to be 100% sure.

Another point to check into is that your car has 20 more HP than the previous years, and I know the exhaust is different as well. The extra HP is coming from somewhere and probably some of it from the new exhaust system.

Check it out before you spend money for nothing, unless you like the Borla sound.

The rear muffler hanger on an 05 is different. I remember reading a post a few days back from someone who said their friend tried the Borla specifically on an 05 and also had issues with it hitting the cross brace or something underneath.

Assuming thats accurate, the muffler hanger is not a big deal. Justin from everythingg35.com was selling a "kit" of the muffler hanger parts you need from an 03-04 to fit a system made for an 03-04. If I recall, it was like $35. I used the "kit" to install my HKS muffler. It all bolts up perfectly and fits fine (no issue with rear bumper or anything).
