control panel coming off?

control panel coming off?
my driver side window control panel (that thingy that controls the windows with the door lock button) is starting to come up off of the base that is below it. is there a way to tighten it down? or can i bring it to the dealer? =)

anyone else have this problem? even notice it yet?
