Plenum vs. Spacer =?????

What's better for the money: a plenum (Crawford, APS, etc.) or a spacer (1/2" spacer-Motordyne)? I want to know how much HP each one will contribute alone, and if anyone knows how much HP will be added with both?

PLEASE ANSWER ME as nobody has yet to explain it to me.

I can't vouch for the spacer as I have never tried it. I know 2 people that have tried it, and the didn't think it did too much. I have the Crawford Cast plenum and would buy another tomorrow! It's the first mod to any of my cars that I ahve done an actually felt a power gain! You can do a search for more info but after 4K rpm, it really wakes the G up!
