I get occasional advertising emails from Infiniti. The most recent one shows a G35 sedan with the quotes:

"If 255 hp is the new 'bar,' what is 298 hp?" - Infiniti, on the G35

I got the email too. That's pretty aggresive I think, but funny as well when you think about it. It's reassuring to see infiniti getting into that kind of battle with BMW. And with the M45 beating out the competition in the 55K comparo on R&T, that has to open some eyes with the competition. We'll see how many other funny emails infiniti sends.

when you go on the g35 on infiniti.com....there is this line that is also great...


"A signigicant increase in performance"
--BMW on the new 330i.

--Infiniti on the 6-speed G35.

I got that same email last night. PPP just remember the IS350 hasn't been released yet. We'll see what kind of trash talking starts popping up between the manufacturers when it does.

I like horsepower competition between manufacturers (just not in soccer-mom mini-vans).
