Currently I own a 2004 G35x which I love immensely. But when the 2006 models come out I may want to trade my 04 in. I'd like to start researching the 06 models now. I realize it may be a bit early, but does anyone know of some good websites or publications (other than the typical car mags which I already subscribe to) which tend to get good scoops and automotive inside information on future vehicles? And when the 2006 is finally unveiled, does Infiniti have a favorite or usual car show for their unveilings?

I know I'm asking some pretty vague and hard to answer questions, but I simply want to start getting excited about buying a new car.

Same here, I'd like to find more information on the '06 G35x since I'm currently in the market for one. I won't be getting one until later this year either at the end of November or beginning of December and I'd love to find out as much as possible on what's new or different, and what kind of improvements are being made to the '05 models.

 

It seems to spread by word of mouth. Someone knows someone who knows someone who knows someone who knows someone who knows a guy that works at Nissan.

Doesn't look like the Z is undergoing any dramatic changes. And since the G sits on the same frame basically as the Z, I wonder if the G will change much either. I wonder if the coupe will go AWD?

it is possible that the g will come out with the new design before the 350z. after all g35 came out before z. don't think that you will see awd on the coupe. they are planning to have that on the next skyline.
