Which bulb for fog/high? 9003 or H4???

I've searched, but I can't find the answer. I have a 2005 6MT Sedan.

Does anyone know where I can find the answer? Also, is the bulb replacement method the same as in the 2003/2004 models?

I was just looking on sylvania's website. They list the H4 as a mototcycle part.

the h4 and the 9003 do look the same, though. same specs, too.
