Weird Sounds from G35x Transmission

Hi, I'm a new member and have a question already.
Recently I've noticed a lot noises coming from the transmission of my '05 G35x, it has about 15,000 km on it (that's around 9400 miles). Really loud "click" as it engages from park to reverse or drive, and as I drive it has frquent clicking noises while the transmission is redistributing power to the front and rear wheels. Otherwise it drives well. Is this normal, is it something I just didn't notice before because the windows were always up in the winter? I noticed it maybe a month ago. I should probably have it checked out. Any ideas, comments?

My G35X's electro-magnetic clutch (I just love that part! It's like having a "warp drive".) operates silently. There are no loud clicking noises of any kind. Sounds like something you should have checked out.

Well my G35x makes that same noise when going from park to reverse. You need someone outside to hear it. I think it's normal. Hopefully someone else can confirm.

Never noticed anything like that on my 04X. Could be my hearing was destroyed on jet fighter flight lines over 24 years!
