I believe the coupe springs do 1/2" right?

Yes, coupe springs on a sedan drop 1/2" all the way around. That's my set-up right now.

The coupe spring rates are the same as the sedan sport.
If you have the base sedan suspension, the shocks would be the weak link.

I changed to '05 Z springs & went with Tokico D-Spec shocks.
These shocks are amazing.
It's totaly different car, great handling & a great ride as well.

Same for me: I have the coupe springs, d-spec shocks and hotchkis sways (not a complete coupe suspension). I really like this set-up for both handling and ride.

I've taken some pictures, but don't have a public website or a Premier membership to post them. Any Premiers/Webmasters want to PM me their email address so I can forward them onto you for posting here?

you don't need a premier membership to post pics. when replying to a message (full "post reply", not that quick reply text box at the bottom of this page), click "manage attachments...".

LOL, townsley. My car looks just like yours on the outside except i have the sport (sport wheels). I've got mudflaps and m3 spoiler all in Brilliant Silver. Um, minus the clear sides. And codeflux the front does look higher than the rears. I remember Gsedan35 trying something like cuttin the bumpstop on the fronts? i believe to level it out. Anyone wanna chime in? btw, townsley, i'm so jealous. you got a great deal and i'm dying to get that suspensino

i second on the checking the part numbers to make sure you get the revised or 05 suspension.....i paid 250 shipped but got unrevised parts(not the owners fault, the shop handed everything to him all boxed up when he installed his aftermarket suspension) he's working on getting his 05 parst back from the shop.....d*mm, how unscrupulous is that? anyhow, just can't wait to get the real mc coy.......not back to the regularly scheduled program........

I don't think the rear was actually lowered more than the front. The rear starts with a smaller gap, so the end result is a little more dramatic in the rear than in the front. Or he could have a trunk full of stuff???

Nothing in the trunk. The rear does *appear* to be lower than the front, but the parking lot was slanted. I tried to find a nice flat lot, but that can be hard to do here in Portland, OR. If you saw it live and in person, you'd see that it looks right (at least in my opnion).

I'll bring my camera with me to work tomorrow and see if I can find a flatter lot in which to take a picture. It looks really good in person - no dragging butt at all.

dude, i ain't dissing your ride - she's a beauty! i was just wondering. this is definitely something i could consider, but for me 1" drop is too much - i won't get into my $hitty garage without scraping. i need to move...
