Is there an easy way to get the cigarette lighter drawer out?

I have the opposite problem, my console somehow shifted a little and I can't get mine to close
I also have the same problem as one of the previous posters where the rear ashtray fell off and I can't get it back on either. I guess I'll ask the dealer to fix that too.
Hopefully they're nice enough to fix these things w/ no charge, WHY DIDNT I GET THE EXTENDED WARRANTY?!?!

Thank God it isn't just me. I probably have 8 dollars in change jammed in my ashtray and it decided to get stuck the day I decided to clean it out. I'm gonna let the dealership take a look at it next time I go in for service.
