05 Sedan windshield woes

Greetings,
Just brought my 05 Sedan in for the first time today. From day 1 (7/23), the windshield has bothered me. There were a series of vertical ripples going thru it, predominantly on the passenger side. Well, the service rep sees this and has it replaced. Just looked at the new one - it is more rippled than the first! He goes on to state that that must be how Nissan makes their glass. The service manager them joins in - looking at the windshield. He is going to contact Nissan to see if there are any outstanding issues and try to find another for me.

Does anyone else have this problem? Am I just lucky??

Thanks!

Never heard of that. Really strange. Thank goodness no problems here. I'm on my 4th Nissan product.

Have not noticed this with mine. I do know what you are talking about, I have had this problem with other cars before.

Nope.. Never heard of it. You should walk around the lot with the dealer and look at others on the lot. I bet you don't see many. I would demand a perfect windshield.

There is always some degree of distortion in a curved windshield, but it shouldn't be that noticeable, maybe that's why the oem windshields are so expensive, LOL!
