Does anyone know the contact info for Corporate Infiniti??

Recently I got into an accident with my G35 which cause $11,000 worth of damage to the whole front of the car. After about a month the body work was done however when the mechanic went to start the car, the key wasn't recognized. He took it to Devan Infiniti in Fairfield where they took over a week to find the problem and then another week to fix it. Once that was fixed they found another problem with a defective part which needed to be shipped from Japan. The car was supposidly fixed yesterday but now they say it's not done. Basically I have gotten the run around, been spoken to rudely by the serivce manager and have been without a car for almost 2 months now. You would think in a situation like this Infiniti would try to help me but instead they caused me more frustration and anger. I want to find out the corporate office address or number or the office of the president so I can lodge a complaint asap!
Thanks in advance for any information you can provide!

Sorry to hear about your problems, but the office of the president does not care, and will not deal with your problem. Due to the fact that your car was undrivable due to a car accident (not mechanical problems), I don't know what they can possibly do for you besides (maybe) put pressure on your dealer to complete repairs in a more timely manner. With that said, you need to go through the claims department at the US headquarters of Nissan Motor Company.

Here is their contact information:

18501 S. Figueroa St.
Gardena, CA 90248 (Map)
Phone: 310-771-5631
Fax: 310-516-7967

Good luck!

I sense your frustration and there is no excuse for a rude service advisor...

My advice to you is to bite the bullet on this and be patient. Do you want them to rush the repairs on your car and risk something not done right? Then you'll be back to square one with out your car because of faulty repairs. Maybe you can talk to the head at the dealership and lodge a complaint at the service manager for his rude behavior.
