about to get a G

I am about to get a g35 sedan 6mt. I'm also looking at the volvo s40 T5 with the 6 speed manual but the g35 handles and performs so much better. Does anyone have any other suggestions I should be looking at?

competitors are the audi a4 & the bmw 3 series

Audi 2.0T is very good but not better
