Has anyone waxed thier wheels?

I have an 05 6mt with the factory 18s and was thinking about waxing the wheels to make them easier to clean, has anyone done this, how did it go, is it worth doing?

Yeah waxing them is a good idea for sure. I've only done it once using Wheel Wax. It worked great, but being that it's carnauba based it only lasted a couple of weeks. I haven't done it since . . .

I recommend using a polymer sealant, specifically Zaino since it's durability is tried and trued. On paint, Z is good for almost 6 months (at least w/ respect to beading). On a wheel, you should get a few months (not 6 due to the harsh conditions).
