I would assume yes? The coupe midpipe had been on my list for mods to get, but the whole having to bend or remove the stock heatshield really puts me off because I don't want to have to tear up my car. I've been there, done that with my old Maxima. After seeing pics of the 05 sedan resonator, it looks to be about 50% of the size of the 03/04 resonator. The overall design looks similiar so I assume it would simply bolt on with no issues.

Anyone know for sure?

It will, except I believe there is an extra hanger on the '05. I've got an '05 Sedan and had an '04 coupe middy and had to bend the pipe to clear the cross brace.

Now I put back my OEM mid pipe because of slight drone and I'm much happier with it. There is almost no difference in sound and performance between the two.

Man, you're in luck. Just this past Saturday, we put my stock middy on the wife's car. We had a local tire shop do the work, so I wasn't there to see it. But I believe it bolted right up, at least on the major gaskets and connections. It's my understanding that the hangers are different between the two models.

Unfortunately, we didn't take a camera so we couldn't take a picture of the two models side-by-side. Did it make a difference? I couldn't tell a major difference, as I don't drive the car much anymore. However, the difference between her stock 04 and my stock 05 was greater than the difference I experienced when I went from stock to a 350z middy.

It fits with no problems, I've had it on my car for about 3 months and I love it.
