Can better grounding sytem help milage???

My friend was telling me about this Hyper Ground System - improve milage & horsepower!!! Can someone tell me more about this?? Or is this just some bull@#$!
http://www.sunautomobile.com/
I have an 05 - getting average 20 MPG. (of 300 miles...140 is city) When I'm on the freeway - I go manaul - and set it to 5th gear when over 65. I noticed that everytime - even at 75mph - when I switch from auto to manual - it's automatically goes into 4th - I would assume it should be 5th.
Maybe this can be helpful tip to others for getting better milage - or I'm just crazy!!!

Our 04 automatically downshifts from 5th to 4th when moving from auto to manual mode. I thought it was odd at first, but it makes sense. If you're cruising in 5th, why would you switch to manual mode if not to downshift? At least, that's what I came up with...

I wonder what would happen if you are going at 100+ and then pop to manumatic...does it still go to 4 or 5?
