wont pass 145...

what's wrong with my sedan? it's an 05 with 5k miles on it. it won't pass 145. i thought the speed limiter was at 155. this sucks. i'll post up a video once someone tells me step by step how to host it and stuff. =]

i tested it out at 1245am with only 2 cars on the freeway. flame all you want. i don't care what you have to say.

Your weak 05 doesn't have the torque, or something

(That's me trying to claim SOME victory over you with my dated 04 that I want to trade)

Regarding the flames... Dude, it's just plain stupid to go that fast on public roads. If you're too selfish to think about others, at least think about yourself. What do you think a cop will do if you're clocked???? Maybe you should try to find out.

As for reaching top speed. What gear were you in? Were you running into a headwind? What were the conditions?

trey.hutcheson : the conditions were clear. i actually was on slight downhill. maybe 1/2% grade. i really don't care about myself anymore.

vodkarocket: yes i am the moron who wanted to garage my car because of my bad luck. i got most of my car repaired. i just needed speed. life's gay anyway. i want to have fun.

I'll host the footage of you on "Cops". That would be more impressive than seeing some dummy put my family and neighbors at risk to satisfy some juvenile urges.

Dude, to me speed is HOW FAST you can get up there. Like to 60...85...100.

Doing excessive speeds like 145 is plain dangerous and crazy, if a tire blows out at that speed your dead. And that car is Japanese, even though it has airbags, it's not built as strong as a German car. In Cali, if you get caught doing those kind of speeds, you don't get a ticket, you get cuffed and brought into Jail.

Life might seem gay and you might have a lot of frustration, but this is not a good way of venting that built up anger. Try playing sports, video games, maybe get some counseling. What you're doing with your car is very unsafe, don't take your car or your life for granted.

145 on a freeway? in glendale? that's pretty smart. is your mom also your aunt? must have a problem with genetics in your family. you're only 17, and will be lucky if you reach 18 w/o killing someone first. please slow down for the sake of those around you.

144 is the speed limiter. i had mine removed by technosquare ecu reflash - L-spec. haven't taken it past 140 since, though, so i don't know if it worked.
