Sounds like you gotta problem with the search function. No offense taken-- you were the FIRST person to jump in on this dusty re-incarnated thread. I can just see you preaching in a strip club as you tip a hot topless chick "Men should not blow their money in strip clubs........" If you don't like this old thread--get out of the "strip-club." so to speak.
I was looking to the past to give examples of things to support my comments in another thread.
*flame suit is on*
Take one.......

Dude, lately almost every single one of your posts has been full of defensiveness, indignation, and pointless allegory. My original reply to your post was in jest. Sorry it pi$$ed you off so much.
Now, let me address a few things: first, you claim I am the FIRST person to "jump in on this dusty re-incarnated thread". Excuse me? I saw this was a thread with a new response, yours by the way, and I made a joke about it's age. So exactly how did my quoting you make me the first person to jump in on this thread? Are you claiming I have mastered some sort of mystical temporal secrets? Is that what you're pissed about? That I haven't shared them?
Second, if you were really looking for examples to support your comments in another thread, that's cool. But why revive this one? Does the fact that you had a single word post, "word", in some way support your comments in another thread? Am I missing something?
Regardless, recently you've been about as touchy as my wife was when she was a week past her due date with our son. Scratch that. You're acting *exactly* like this one guy at work. So, from this point forward, I'll just ignore you like I ignore him.
And one last thing. In an effort to be at least somewhat helpful, take some testosterone. Or midol. Isn't that an anti-imflammatory?

You know--I never said I was pissed. I am glad you will ignore me--a policy I wish you would have adopted a couple of hours ago. I am sure your wife would love that you are comparing her to men on your car forums--what a good husband. I show my wife/coworkers much more respect than that. I was not pissed or defensive before. Good riddance.

I have to agree with Trey on this one. Texan, you need to take a chill. You have been attacking a lot of people lately for no reason at all.

You don't even know what trey is referring to. By moral indignation and allegory you refer to my righteous anger toward street racing--that is Trey's problem. I have said over and over it is my desire not to have street racing tolerated on this thread. That admins should close those threads down. I hate to see innocent people lose their lives wrt street racing.
I am not attacking anyone. Now take treys strategy and please ignore me. I have done nothing wrong. If you have a problem with me you pm an admin to talk to me right now. I have done nothing wrong.

I am being sensitive?! lol. Well I posted pictures and everyone agreed it does look cheap which is obvious. If you get the wood to cover up the items, it looks way better.
No Texan, since you have been here you haven't really had a nice attitude I will call it. You been a bit abrubt on what you say to people. I am just telling you to take a chill and please look over what you type before posting it. A lot of what you say upsets others.

I am glad that because 12 people on the thread agreed with you the lexus is now a cheap interior. Who cares--I offered an opinion--that went against yours--so what.
Your grill looks better stock imho, or at least with the logo unpainted--again--who cares paint your car pink for all I care.
I do look over what I type--not everything I say on this forum is to make friends. I am a straight shooter and I call it like I see it with no apologies. So with all due respect, get off my back.

You are so dramatic. I am done talking with you--since this will be seen as another attack on you.
I paste this here to educate you as you are flippantly throwing that word around..................
at·tack ( P ) Pronunciation Key (-tk)
v. at·tacked, at·tack·ing, at·tacks
v. tr.
To set upon with violent force.
To criticize strongly or in a hostile manner.
To start work on with purpose and vigor: attack a problem.
To begin to affect harmfully: a disease that attacks the central nervous system.

Texan1, despite my claims to ignore this thread, I became too curious.
I still think you've been overly sensitive. But I would like to clarify something. I am in complete agreement with your view on street racing. I cannot tolerate it. If you and I ever sat down and actually discussed the topic, I'm pretty sure there wouldn't be much variation of opinions.
Having said that, I still think you're being too sensitive. When I posted about the age of the thread, I wasn't questioning your opinion on street racing, just the relevance of reviving the thread. And I was doing so in jest.
After re-reading it, I understant it came across flippantly(my post about the age, not the sensitivity post -- that one was deliberately framed as it was). For that I apologize.
But still, chill.

It's cool on your comments--I am thick skinned.
