if you got the money i would get it. i have a fiberglass kit and am scared to hit or bottom out. definitely worth the extra bucks for the factory kit

i'm with da mayor on this - my kit sticks out quite a bit, which definitely changes the way i can drive it (read, slow down for every bump). there was a point where i couldn't even pull up in to my own driveway. thank goodness i have two driveways now. but the factory aero kit is a pretty nice affordable kit with never any issues, because it was designed for the car.

it looks great, but keeping it that way is a challenge that not everybody may want to deal with.

i'm not aure what explanation you would be looking for... the fact that nismo makes parts for the nissan/infiniti skyline/g35? nismo is always making parts for the nissan/infiniti line up. they've got rims, exhausts, cams, intakes, and a lot of other parts. but that is not a nismo body kit. you don't believe me? ask them... i did. i'm just trying to alleviate confusion.
i'm not jealous, i'm happy for those of you who splurged on the factory aero kit. i think it looks quite nice... a little conservative for me (click on my sig for pics), but it suits the car nicely.

because it takes no body work, or painting. my front bumper cover only costs ~$400, but it costs more in painting and labor to do mine. you could actually buy one online, and install it yourself (just the front). that actually works out to be cheaper than my fiberglass bumper cover.

so I went ahead and pulled the trigger on the aero kit from everything35... Should have it in a week or so.. for those that have done it.. did anyone make a DIY guide that they wouldn't mind giving me, I'd REALLY appreciate it!

tgenius - the front bumper cover is easy. it's the rest of it you may want to take to body shop. it's not too difficult if you've done it already (2 sided tape etc...). i've done simple body work before, but i'd hate to screw up this car.
