Are Eibachs worth twice as much as Tein?

I got Eibachs because I've had a good experience with them in the past. I am loving them so far on the G35. It provides a nice even drop all the way around. Not too stiff a ride either.
The only experience I have with Teins is on my buddy's STI. A couple of weeks ago a spring fell out of place, but once the car was jacked up it fell right into place again. Weird. Other than that he is satifisfied I think.
Your choice.

Had Eibachs on my sedan - the ride was "tight" aka rough if you ask me.....so for my coupe i ordered the TEIN H-Techs and am excited to install them soon. I didnt want a lowrider, so i got the H instead of S - and i agree with the above statement that the Eibachs lowered the car more than advertised.
I think both are great - just serve slightly different purposes...

Right now I am running Eibachs with stock non sport shocks. To me the ride is very similar to stock, but I want to firm it up a bit. I just got my Tokico D-Spec shocks in the mail yesterday.
When I first installed the springs it was just over a 1" drop all the way around. It seems like it may have settled to more than the 1.1" Eibach states, but I don't have any measurements to know for sure. My front splash guards have sure taken a beating since the install.

I have the eibachs on stock sport shocks now and I think the ride is pretty darn close to stock. I had the 350z setup before and it was MUCH stiffer.
I thought about putting shocks on, but the spring rates on the softer part of the Eibachs are the same as stock so I feel the shocks can handle it. I also worried that the dampening on aftermarket shocks would be too agressive and would not work well with the eibachs and would make the ride too stiff. I figured since the eibach spring rates are like stock, then the shocks should be able to handle it. Plus, I still haven't bottomed out even with 5 people and 300 LBS of crap in the backseat so there's plenty of travel.

i've the tein h-techs. i prefer the lower spring rate. it allows the lowered height without the punishing spring rates of a typical 'lowered' car. it also allows for a softer rear which helps me keep the tires on the ground. i have never bottomed out, ever. i also have a body kit that now takes a beating because of them. give and take.
i purchased mine installed for $200

I'm not in it for a stiffer suspension for handling.
I may go with the Tein H techs.
