Actually Dave is one of the more level headed, intelligent and objective people I know in the auto forums.

If you noticed, he says he DOESN'T jerk to the numbers or whatever.

Maybe instead of being an ****, you could bless us all with your vast knowledge of everything automotive and comment on the dyno.

262rwhp STOCK!

Your sig says "262rwhp STOCK!" That is what confused me the first time. You should change that to avoid another misunderstanding.

I can't remember the guys name, maybe DP03 or JKWright remembers from Altimas.net. I think his name was BJS3.5 or something, but his car ran a 13.93 or 13.83 with an intake. www.altimas.net

You've done it now. You will feel Chicago's wrath and endless tirades how Maxima owners don't know squat about "the G35".

BTW....I'm glad you're here, Jeff. I'll be out back jerking off to my old dyno plots and thinking of things to make up.

Can all of you guys calm the *** down. NO one is jerking off on any dyno sheet. The fact is that putting down the same fukin horsepower, to the crank or to the motherfukin wheel, same as 05 6MT. And if that "speachless" comment hurt anyone im really really sorry for that.
Thank you for your very pleasant comments on this thread.

In more than one post, you act as if this dyno proves you have some sort of freak G35. You don't and you'll realize it when you go to the track.

Just a guess, mind ya,......But, I'm think'n X has 'backed-up' on a race track further than you, or most anybody else on this site, has gone forward https://g35driver.com/forums/g35-sedan-v35-2003-06/72144-same-car-same-place-6-months-apart.html (excluding me of couse...lol). He's got the stats....how 'bout you ? UBCool, jbx

I'm pretty sure Jeff has some sort of road racing before in additional to drag racing. I know I have (auto-x). I just don't post much about it because:

A) It was in my Z28 and Maxima...and as we know, discussing anything other than G35s makes Wayne have a coniption fit.

B) It's hard to make a point about your lap ETs because it's only relative to the track you're on.

I've got 'Ida Automotive' ( check them out ....serious shyt http://www.idaautomotive.com/ ) near enough to me, but most everybody I talk to says don't bother if it's AWD. What about it.....'Yes' or 'No' from the bench racer peanut gallery? BCoolindapool, jbx

1) Never asked him to "back" anything. But I did asked him to explain the dyno.
2) I glad he went to the track. Not sure what that specifically has to do with my question
3) I also glad he has dA sTaTs yo. I'll read the thread soon.

But it still doesn't address the issue of how different dynos such as this one compares to other dynos such as the more standard Dynojet.

I'm going to "guess" that if this gentleman thinks he dynos 260hp-ish at the wheels, he should be well into 300hp at the crank. That should be good for a mid/high 13. Agreed? I look forward to reading his 1/4 times.

My bet is he'll run 14.6-14.7 assuming LACR is his track.

I doubt mid 14's at LACR unless the ambient temp is real cool... even then I doubt it. (unless you use their altitude correction formula, 15.00 is about 14.5 at 2700 ft).
