Clutch problem?

Clutch problem?

When I depress the clutch when I am rolling slowly in neutral or shifting from first to second, occasionally there is a clunking noise and a vibration that seems to be transmitted through the clutch. This usually happens in the first few minutes after starting the car. Any ideas? How bad is this? Think I need to take it to the dealer right away, or can I wait till it is convenient?

Seems like trouble to me. How many miles?

Mine shifts very stiff when cold (like ~15) for the first 10 min or so.
