Will 350z Midpipe fit G35 Sedan?

Like title says, will it fit?

Bolt on, weld, extra pipes? Anyone ever done this before? I searched and didn't see anything on this particular subject.

Yes, it will fit. A muffler shop can just weld a piece of pipe on the mid pipe. I have a 350Z mid pipe with my oem G35C muffler.

The 350Z mid pipe is shorter and will require an extension. Unless you are getting it for free, do yourself a favor and get a g35 coupe midpipe which will bolt right up.

There is approx. a 9" extension needed to make it work. Bolt-up or weld-on are your choices.

Like dklau33 says.....get the coupe mid-pipe!!! Easy swap.

If you can't find/don't want the coupe middy, talk to DaveO. I believe he has part #s for some resonators that also work nicely

Yes, it will fit, as I have one. And it does require an extension. While those suggesting that the coupe midpipe is easier to fit(direct replacement), I went with the 350 middy because I got it for $25. and it sounds great...

I sold my oem mid pipe when I had my Injen SES. I wanted to go back to stock muffler with my hf cats, headers and a Tanabe Y pipe. The price was right, I got the 350Z mid pipe for free. I'm very happy with the performance and sound level.

Trey - you're right. You can probably get a 350Z mid pipe for $50/less rather than buy a coupe mid ipe for $125.
