Tire pressure suggestions Avon 550's

$5 a tire??? Wow!! I've heard that CostCo in Canada provides this service for free.
I'm still not sold on the whole nitro fill anyway. Regular old air has yet to cause any damage or perform poorly in any of the tires I've ever owned. Sort of like gold plating a toothpick, sure you could, but does it make it any more effective?

I was thinking of replacing my tires (stock Goodyear Eagle GS-D) with Avon M550 A/S when they wear out. When that happens, I'll keep the cold air pressure at the recommended 30 psi all around (30 to 32 give or take). For everyday driving, it's 30 to 32 psi.
I have no intention of autocrossing with all season tires if you ask.
