Which wheels to get?

Which wheels to get?
I can't decide which wheels to get for my black sedan. I'am leaning toward the 19" HP EVOs (Hyper Dark) or the 19" Axis Penta (Hyper Dark). Also I am going to get staggered setup.

And which tires do you guys think I should get. I found a deal on ebay for the Hankook K104 tires, 2 245/35/19 and 2 275/30/19. What do you think about this tires? I can't spent too much money for tires.
