For those with 245/35/19 and 275/30/19...

Are you running into any problems?

I called Tire Rack to order my tires for my new rims and they said the size of 245/35/19 and 275/30/19 were too short for my car.

I have search the archives on this forum and it seems like many people are running that tire setup for staggered 19s.

For those of you running this setup can you comment on any issues that you have encountered. Just looking for some feedback prior to pulling the final trigger.

BTW, my car is an 05 AT sedan lowered with Tein H-Techs if that makes any difference.

Thanks for your help.
Darren.

It is a bit small if your use the tiresize calculator but not off by too much for 2.1% small on the front and 3.1% small in the back.

245/40/19 & 270/35/19 will be close to stock size with 1% over size.

Thanks for your input. I think people are reporting that with the larger sizes thre is an issue with rubbing. Oh well, I guess I will get the smaller size and then see. If I have a ton of clearance then I will get the larger sizes the next time around.

NO. on a 8.5 wide rim you need a +35 to +38 and on a 9.5 wide rim you need a +43 to +45 offset.

NOOOO! You keep asking the same question in different threads, and you have been clearly told that those are coupe offsets.

I am running those tire sizes, and have absolutely no problems with them. The ride is slightly firmer than stock with these tire sizes, but the levels of grip is amazing. Just make sure to watch out for potholes with your low-profile tires.

Yea, I know...I'm hoping the answer will change...I'm in the market for used rims and I just can't seem to find anything for Sedan

Your best bet is eBay. I think from reading your previous posts you are looking for non staggered 19's. Use the following search strings, and you are sure to find some wheels that will fit your tastes:

19" Maxima
19" Altima
19" Acura TL
19" Accord
19" Lexus
19" G35

Although the wheels are listed for fitment for those specific vehicles (they will have the correct 5x114.3 bolt pattern), and you will find a bunch with the correct 35-38mm offsets.

Good luck!

EDIT: I tried my own advice, and came across these new Nismo wheels.

Damn, I want them: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2004-2006-19-Nissan-Maxima-Nismo-wheels-Gunmetal_W0QQitemZ8011578225QQcategoryZ43959QQssPa geNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

Im running that set up with +35 offset all around, lowered on 350z springs. I thought i would have rubbing issues in the rear, but so far i have had none. The ride is a little bit firmer then the stock sport wheels, but its not a very big diffrence at all.

You have 275/30/19's on a +35 rear wheel? I find that impossible to believe.
