the only part you lose the warranty on would be the shocks, i believe. lower it. when the shocks go in about 20,000 miles (or later) replace them with tokicos.

I dont think you can do anything perminant to a lease car. Unless you are lowering the suspension all yourself then you could just put stock back in once the lease ends.

it's generally not bad for the car... but it could be punishing to the driver, and maybe also the tires if you don't get adjustable camber kits, and also maybe the shocks, if those aren't coilovers. but other than that, probably not. (i couldn't speak in definites because anything is possible with a correct setup).
