Looking to replace the trunk deck on my 2003 sedan and plan on replacing it with the later style without the dog tag like latch. Will it be fairly easy run a release switch to the front? I'm thinking it would pretty simple given there's already a blank switch on the dash.

Does anyon know if the latch systems are the same from between the early '03s and current models?
