Great pic Sukairian. Actually I think the 19s look better because the spokes are a bit longer. To me it makes a big difference, but I can understand why others would think the 18s pretty much look the same. Personally I wish the spokes did not flare out since I like wheels that have more of a "dish" look...if that makes any since. I don't think I'm willing to drop the cash for the 19s, but I would like to see a G in person with both sets.

[QUOTE=Sukairain]Ok, larger as in 18-->19" I understand, but the coupe 19"s are not much wider. Stock 18" sedan front tires are actually wider than coupe tires. 19" are forged but due to the stupendous heavy tires they won't offer much performance improvement over the stock in terms of overall weight. The stock tires on the coupe 19" (or even 18") are by far better than stock sedan tires though.

What are the stock tires on the coupe 19"? Why are they far better?

Stock tires on the coupe 19" are Bridgestone Potenza RE050A, the same type of tires found on high end exotic cars, Mercedes AMG series, Ferrari F430, Porsche...... so on and so forth. The RE050A is supposedly Bridgestone's next generation tires that will eventually replace the S03.

Why are they better than stock sedan tires? More grip, more stability, less flex, but the RE050A's are definitely more harsh and louder than stock sedan tires.

wtf
F430 uses P-Zero Corsa, so does Porsche. and AMG uses Pilot Sport

RE050A is not going to replace S03. all the RE0*0 series are used for OEM. and its just the replacement for the RE040

the RE070 on the other hand is one of the best street tires from bridgestone. these are found on the STi, Enzo, NSx-R

.............. beats me, that's what I was told by the Bridgestone regional R&D manager at the JGTC event last year.

Going off topic here a bit....

If you were to buy 19' Coupe rims and put them on your sedan, could you use the lugnuts from your sedan, or would you have to use the lugnuts from the Coupe?

You can use the same lug nuts regardless of wheels...
