I have a 9.5 wheel with a 35 mm offset and they don't stick out of the wheel well as much as yours do.

Are you sure your wheels are 35MM and not the coupe 20MM?

I think it's because of the 265 tires.

These rims are 18/8.5 with a 35mm offset on 265's. If i were to get 18/9.5 with 45mm off set with 265's, would i still have the same problem with the wheel sticking out???

Try this link. This should tell you how much more less it will stick out and how much more room will be taken in the inner wheel well.
