it is the checkmate unit i believe and comes fully warrantied. i've seen a few instances where customers in service brought their car to a shop and it screwed up their ignition wiring and one case even the factory harnesses. just be cautious it's worth the bucks for quality jobs

 

kenny im on long island. How much to install one of those remote starters that is integrated with the factory remote? I'll come out to the dealership this week if thats good for you.
