Headlight pattern on 03 sedan?
Has anyone else noticed that the projected light pattern has a very sharp cut-off on the left side?
I have recently made more night drives on local mountain roads and have noticed on tight lefts that the road ahead is almost dark more than about 15-20 degs from straight ahead. Adding to the problem is I am tall and have to keep the seat back all the way, which puts the A pillar right in the middle of where you need to look.
I searched the other boards, but most of the posts where about color of lamps not the pattern. A few mentioned a low top cut-off and re-aligning.
Any thoughts out there?

No, the beast has never even been scratched. I noticed the A pillar thing right away, but that was not much of an issue, just look out the side window on the tight benders. I only noticed the light pattern recently on a couple of moonless rainy night drives. It's a lot less noticeable on visible moon nights, but 10 mph down the mountain is no fun on the really dark ones.
The pattern ahead is quite even and well distributed, but the side lighting to the right seems more generous. I can understand it might have been done on purpose to keep from glaring oncoming drivers. The lighted area cuts off almost completely at about the angle where the left mirror ends while looking out the window with the seat all the way back.
