wheels and exhaust questions

Getting ready to purchase new wheels... I was wondering if any of you guy's have some fitment advise, I own an 05 A/T sedan.

I'm looking at AZA Z-6 staggered wheels, 18x8.5 front and 18x9.5 rear, with 235/40/18 front and 265/35/18 rear. But I'm concered the tires will rub. Anyone have somehting similar?

Also, any input on the stillen rear section only exhaust? I was thinking about the full cat-back, but I've heard it's a little louder then I want in my daily driver...
