This is bad advice. Not because the oil can't last that long, I won't make a judgement there, but because to retain warranty coverage you MUST change the oil and filter AT LEAST every 7500 miles.

damn good point, forgot about that. Well that sucks, i'll have to change my order to the XL 5W-30
