05 G35 Headlights & Grill any different than 03?

Will 2005 G35 Sedan headlights fit my 03 sedan? Are the projector lights or regular? How about the front grill? I have a chance to grab both headlights from 2005 and grill for cheap.

at least, the headlights are different. Not sure about the grille.

Unfortunately, both of them WON'T fit..03-04

Yes, the '05-'06 grille is slightly different shape as well as different appearance.
