I know it sounds funny....but when I was first contemplating debadging the rear end, I ended up taking a big piece of cardboard and leaning it up against the back of my car to block the items that I wanted to remove. Honestly, after looking @ photos on this forum, I wasn't 100% convinced I wanted to do it....but then after visually seeing what it would look like in person (kind of...minus the cardboard), I went ahead & did it.....I don't regret it one bit.

just curious whats the process for removing the "infiniti"..is it different for the 05's...and the logo i think leaves holes in the trunk..well thats what ive heard...do you guys just get a card and take out the infiniti lettering..isnt there a paint color difference and how do you go about putting it back on...lol sorry for the ninety questions...

I believe you're thinking of the Mt. Fuji emblem....that has holes behind it on the '05's. As for the INFINITI....dental floss is your answer....and a hair dryer if you have trouble (loosens up the adhesive on the letters). Just slide the floss behind a letter and floss away! If you've got any smegma left on your trunk, you can try rubbing it off or use "goo gone" (but then wax your trunk where you've applied it).

You guys aren't hardcore debadgers- you are wannabe debadgers, AKA badgers.

I had the holes from the Mt. Fuji emblem filmed and my whole trunk repainted.

Sorry....can't help you in that department...maybe inTgr8r can help you with that...not sure how you'd stick them back on, since the adhesive would be trashed.... I can't imagine a new one costing that much (if you ever do decide to put it back....not sure why you would though).

I really like the finished results I think it makes the car look aggressive because the INFINITI badge was spread out and distracting. The G35 series rear end (03.5-06) is the best rear end NISSAN/INFINITI has ever made.

i just got these badging recently, i have sports package as well so i changed the little infiniti cap in the center to nissan. ill show pictures later when i take them.

the rear nissan emblem had to be customed as well as the front but the front was harder and i had to use a glue gun.
