engine cover question

will the 350z engine cover fit the g35? i would asume yes because its the same engine but i wasnt sure if the place the screws go were placed differently near the plenum.

I don't get it... why replace the Infiniti engine cover with the nissan's?! Is this to cover the plenum spacer?

yes sir. with the big infiniti cover its really tight fit when i close my hood so this makes a little more space.
